David Hadden is Of Counsel to the law firm Robinson & Cole LLP where he served as Chair of the firm’s multidisciplinary Tax-Exempt Organizations Practice for many years until his retirement in 2013. Having served on many nonprofit boards throughout his career, he is presently Vice Chair of the Board of Oak Hill, Connecticut’s largest private provider to persons with disabilities, and a longstanding member of the Board of The Melville Charitable Trust, the largest foundation in the United States devoted exclusively to ending homelessness.
Ned Miller is an independent consultant who provides coaching to bank sales leaders and their teams. He has been a team leader at Citibank and at the Philadelphia National Bank and spent 10 years as a director at the Risk Management Association, a banking industry trade group. Ned is a frequent speaker at banking conferences and has published numerous articles in banking publications on sales and sales management. He has been the Chairman of Surrey Services for Seniors, a non-profit whose mission is to help older adults live with independence and dignity and remain engaged members of the community. He is also an active volunteer at a food pantry in Chester, PA and has participated in projects sponsored by his church in Guatemala and the greater Philadelphia area.
